Support About the Animals's Mission

HELP ARISTOTLE HEAL!

This sweet angel was saved by a good Samaritan who brought him to me on August 31, 2025.

Despite numerous treatments and vet visits, Aris is still struggling with a very serious, likely painful and extremely uncomfortable skin condition that has been resistant to all medications.

We will take Aris to a specialist on 11/10 and he will require full diagnostics to pinpoint what is causing it.

Please help us with what will very likely be a COSTLY vet bill.

Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission of helping animals in need.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY!

RESCUED!

ADOPTED - Meet Flora

Flora is a rescue from the streets of North Miami, and she was in deplorable condition. She had so many fleas, that her face was literally black. She was so dirty that it took three baths to completely clean her and for her soft fur to start shining. Flora is currently living with one dog and three cats and she's absolutely the sweetest with everyone. She entertains herself with her toys and is a very lively puppy.

Flora weighs 14 lbs and we know that she is less than a year old. She has almost mastered the art of using a wee-wee pad in the house for those South Florida rainy days. She's extremely affectionate and playful and therefore, suitable for a home with children or elderly residents. If you would like to adopt Flora, please fill out the application on the link below or reach out for more information.

I will be happy do a meet & greet once you have an approved application.

A quick message if you are reading this: PLEASE DON'T BREED! Animals don't need to have 'just one litter'. The animal overpopulation is a crisis we are going through around the world, and it is especially dire in South Florida. Do the right thing - SPAY & NEUTER YOUR PETS.

ADOPTION APPLICATION

ADOPTED - Meet Princess

She was rescued from the street in a very painful and serious condition by a good samaritan, and joined About the Animals for treatment. Princess has severe demodex mange and a secondary skin infection, due to the amount of time she has endured this condition, alone on the streets. Princess' daily treatment is extensive, and it will take a few months, but her prognosis is good and we are thrilled to have her under our care.

Follow her progress on our social media pages - click on the links below.
